Oliver Heller, known as DJ Scotty, is a German DJ and music producer who began his career in the early 2000s, making a name for himself in local clubs. His energetic performances blend elements of house, trance, and techno, captivating audiences and creating unforgettable dance experiences.
In addition to his live sets, DJ Scotty produces original tracks and remixes that have gained recognition in the electronic music scene. With a passion for music and a growing fanbase, he continues to emerge as a prominent figure in the global electronic music community.

HI I'm a Hardstyle/Hardcore DJ from Taiwan
Since discovering electronic music in 2014, I’ve been deeply captivated by hard-hitting genres like Hardstyle and Hardcore. I began my DJ journey in 2017, driven by a passion for blending beautiful melodies with powerful, energetic beats—inviting listeners to feel the rush of high BPM music. My mission is to introduce more people to the world of hard dance and share its unique energy.

Active in the Kaohsiung outdoor party scene since 2020, I became one of the founders of Fun Electric in 2021. While my heart beats for hard dance, I also explore Trance, Progressive, and Bass Music, always seeking new sounds and creative expression.

In July 2023, I was invited to perform at collaborative events such as Illusion Space, Black, Sunshine, and Joyous BASS. After my set at Formosa Night at 23 Music Room in Taipei that December, I officially launched my DJ activities in the city. In 2024, I continued performing at outdoor parties in Kaohsiung. May 2025 marked my first solo CITY PROJECT event in Taipei, alongside a guest appearance at The DJ Jam by Taipei Mix.
