Krafty Kuts roots are deeply entrenched in Hip Hop, this mix has been 15 years in the making and it features not just a collection of music that has inspired me  in my career, but exclusive interviews from Hip Hop legends such as DJ Cashmoney, Z-Trip & DJ Numark. 

Hip Hop was the first music to truly touch my soul, there is not a day that goes by that I do not listen to it.  This mix pays homage to the music that has inspired my life, lead my career and touched my soul. Sounds of the Eclipse Spring 1991. A tribute to the madness of the club... & the mix tapes for sale at the venue. Driving back from Coventry to London worse for wear at 8am banging a Carl Cox tape purchased the night before...

Made this remix in about 1999 but never released it, thought it was lost but just found a CDR of the master. Help yourself.

UPDATE: Just to be clear this a Deep Blue remix of a Deep Blue track, Deep Blue (Sean O'Keeffe) is one third of 2 Bad Mice (The smallest, coolest and youngest member).

Parks & Wilson Live at the Eclipse Coventry 1990/1991, one of those tapes you played over and over again, legendary mixing of uplifting house tunes from 90/91by the not so famous DJ's Parks & Wilson, this mix is in my opinion one of the best ive ever heard of uplifting house and will always be pride of my collection.

Classic oldskool set by Mr Finn from 1991, this mix was legendary doin the rounds back in the day, the MC is hilarious with his quotes such "this geezer was brought up on shredded wheat mate" and is a MUST listen to, if anyone can name the MC that would be great (Mann Paris???)

An essential piece of DJ History here! Starting in the early 1980s, Mills, using the name "The Wizard", was a recurring guest DJ on "The Electrifying Mojo" radio show on WJLB in Detroit. He performed DJ tricks like beat juggling and scratching during his sets (some of which were pre-recorded).

Recorded by a guy called Needlz way back when in 7 parts, more of which will follow.
