How many nights did you spend wide awake in bed, composing songs in your head? Frustrated that you didn't have a track recorder built into your body. Most of the music was lost, but still the idea and sound of your compositions resonated for weeks. Years even. As a child with insomnia, I thrived creating music and on the imagination of orchestras and bands made up with different variations of one self as many musicians. This soothed and strengthened the ability to put these most abstract thoughts into actual creations which now can be shared with others. Without musik or art, there is no Hope.
