Lekind is the new generation of House Music
Born and raised in Lyon in 2000, his love of House Music began at 15 when he was digging in his father's DJ CDs. He found a little bit of Daft Punk and other classic tracks from France or Chicago.
He started to produce at 16 and he discovered some artists who'll become his influences like Phil Weeks, Oliver Dollar or DJ Sneak.
Lekind is a sample guy, so for making his tracks he draws in the genres of the Soul, Funk, Disco, Jazz, Hip-Hop and of course, in House Music.
After two years of making, he released his first EP on Phil Weeks's label Robsoul Recordings called Influences Vol.1 with several atmospheres: Deep, Classical House but mainly Jackin House. All his tracks are produced by the hardware way since 2018 with his MPC Live, Roland TR8 and MC303.

Hello everyone, 

Some seriously concerning times we're living in where we are all witnessing civil unrest and racism dominate our lives. 

My heart goes out to all my friends worldwide who are fighting the good fight to end racism.  At the end of the day, no matter what our skin colour is, we all bleed red.  

Here is a new mix i made the other night and hope it gives you all a release from the stress and negativity surrounding us. 

This mix features music from Max Olson, C Da Afro, Marina Trench, Phil Greenwood, Pavel Svetlove, Hotmood, Chanson E, Glass Slipper, Roberto Parisi, G Roy and Roc Beezy, Workerz, Angie Stone, Jay-J and Rory Northall.

For Volume 135 of the series, we head across the pond to the UK as we welcome one of the main men behind the amazing online radio station househeadsradio.com Paz Parry aka Eden Moor to SRS!

Eden first got into DJing in 1995 when he was 17. He bought himself a pair of old belt drives from an advert on the back of Mix Mag. Heavily into techno at the time and inspired by names like Billy Nasty, Colin Dale and Chris Liberator. Buying his first real setup about 8 months later when he switched to Technics turntables. Doing what most DJs do to learn their trade and perfect their skills, spending hours upon hours spinning tunes in the bedroom. In 2000, he started to do some shows on pirate radio in Nottingham and played his first gig at Sky Club soon after. From then Paz has played various shows on numerous radio stations over the years and gigs across the UK. His taste in music evolving and growing over a wide variation of House music genres. 

We are thrilled to feature him on Soul Room Sessions and hope you guys all enjoy what he's whipped up for us with his groovy exclusive mix!

Andrew is a dj & producer from the city of Viña del Mar, Chile, where he runs his own record label called "Spiritualized Music" which focuses on the purity and essence of house music and its roots. 

He has signed massive artists such as Col Lawton, Alexny, Jacssen, Astre, The Stoned, Nntan, Alex Maíz, J. Fenix, Javier Labarca and has countless more on his roster.

Under the name of MiNNT Edit, his new musical project of 2020, he unleashes the seventh episode of our House category, offering with his selection some firm and frisky, but persuasive percussions, gentle atmospheric chords and emotive vibes, true to the underground sounds of House. It all bodes very well and the tunes sounds great together.
