In 2007, he launches his label GOURMAND MUSIC RECORDINGS signing essentially american artists but also european talents. Gourmand's roster includes Giano, Cubase Dan, Tommy Largo, Bart Ricardo, Masss and Dave Dubbz just to name a few.

In 2011, Phil Weeks discovers him and signs him to Robsoul Recordings where he released a successful EP. That same year, JR From Dallas entered the family of the legendary american label TANGO RECORDINGS

JR From Dallas is now an established artist known for his unique Jackin sound. You can also find JR's music on Farris Wheel Recordings, Greenhouse Recordings, Maracuja Recordings, Phobic Recordings, Funkfield Recordings, Kolour Recordings…

JR From Dallas has been playing for many years and reached today an international level that gets him to play in Poland, Germany, England, Holland, Belgium, Czeck Republic, Slovakia to name a few.

Jacob Poe is a producer and DJ based out of Portland, Oregon.

Jacob was first introduced to the electronic underground music scene in 1997; he was immediately drawn to the irresistible sound and set about getting his hands on every type of underground music he could find in his hometown of Portland, soon thereafter making his mark in the local scene as a House DJ. Since emerging onto the scene Jacob has performed at various clubs and outdoor festivals from nearby Western states such as Montana, Washington, and his home state of Oregon to as far away as Italy. Never one to adhere strictly to one style or genre of House music, Jacob combines his love of soulful, deep House with chunky, banging tech, finding the perfect balance between the styles and riding that wave to its crest, much to the delight of his steady, sweaty, dancefloor followers.

These days, in addition to performing out, you can find Jacob Poe feverishly working in the production studio, cranking out track after track of new material. The sounds that drew him to collecting music and performing live now influence him in the studio as he creates his own original material; his love of funky, soulful, deep, techy, banging beats with hints of disco, jazz, and hiphop are clearly defined in his creations, and his dedication to creating original works shows. Jacob has successful releases on mimosa recordings, Treasured Grooves, O.X.O Records and Seven Records.

Jacob’s early successes in the production arena, his love for all types of music, and his persistent devotion to creating new material make him an artist to pay close attention to; he’s just getting warmed up, so slip on some comfy kicks and be sure to catch him performing live when you can.

Much can be said about Agent 818 (Nohe Gomez) as an extraordinary artist. A seasoned DJ, together as an innovative producer is what makes Agent 818 an immense MUST hear talent. Born and raised in Southern California, he found his passion for DJ’ing at age 15, and has been committed since. As a recording engineer student at the University of California Los Angeles, he evolved as an artist with a taste for creative exploration. Agent 818 is credited with a broad range of projects, ranging from sound design to scoring for film. His ventures have proved him to be dynamic as a diverse artist. Behind his drive is an on going passion for stepping behind the decks. “To me, spinning can be as creative as producing & remixing, DJ’ing is part of what draws me into making music” he says. Agent 818 cites Armand Van Helden, Ben Watt, DJ Quik, Dr. Dre, Steely Dan & The Cure as some of his biggest influences. He says he pulls his creativity from his exposure to the Los Angeles urban elements, anywhere from the Hollywood after-hour scene, to driving to the beaches of southern California sitting in traffic and taking in the LA scenic views of graffiti decorated buildings. With his true passion for real Jack’n underground House music, Agent 818 is a must see DJ in action.

Jazz & Milk is back with a brand new compilation series featuring previously unreleased tracks by international label artists, friends & family! The 6 track "Footprints EP" offers a small foretaste of the forthcoming full-length compilation to be released in April 2014.

Footprints starts off with the heavy Afro-Funk vibes of the Bad Jazz Troupe, remixed by Jazz & Milk label-founder Dusty. Sam Irl from Vienna takes us on a journey of raw emotion. On "Time" he fed his MPC with filthy vinyl samples, jazzy rhodes chords, deep basslines and smooth synth-arppegios - all glued together on top of a driving House beat. "Sidama de Cali" is a 50/50 blend of Ethiopian and Colombian music by Todd Simon & The Angel City of All Star Brass Band featuring strictly horns and percussion - including Quantic on the guacharaca (colombian version of the guiro) and a 'who is who' of LA's music scene.

The B-side begins rather bass-heavy. On Dusty's "Cosmic Path" gliding synths and vibrant percussion float over a foundation of deep bass and slightly off-kilter beats. Russian talent Lay-Far delivers a soulful broken beat tune - "A Good Old Holiday Groove" draws obvious influence from mid 70's jazz. The EP concludes with the legendary Munich-based formation Karl Hector & The Malcouns. "Who's Foolin' Who?" was written by JJ Whitefield (producer and guitarist for the Poets of Rhythm and the Whitefield Brothers) and reflects his affinity for sounds from across the African diaspora.

Ricardo instinctively started spinning in the early nineties. His profound passion for house music in combination with his technical skills soon landed him bookings at parties, major clubs and national radio shows. His unique mixing talent quickly gained unparalleled support and recognition from iconic house artists and Bart Ricardo notoriously shared many DJ line-ups with the likes of Derrick Carter, DJ Sneak, Gene Farris, Green Velvet, Roy Davis Jr. …
He’s often invited to perform on international house radio shows; add frequent gigs all across Europe, tours in Asia and Belgian residencies to make him a respected member of the Chicago house music community. After loads of travels to Chicago, Ricardo is considered a local as he frequently divides his time between Belgium and “The Windy City”.
Bart Ricardo always surpasses musical boundaries and the amount of time he spends into purist crate digging translates well into his DJ performances. His fans rely on him to capture sounds that are housy and cutting-edge, but also sonic landscapes that are classic and timeless.  Rich Martinez started on his Musical journey at a young age, in the summer of 1981 was when he was bitten by the mixing bug after hearing The Hot Mix 5 on Local Chicago Radio Station WBMX on Saturday nights on there mix show. He bought his first pair of used Turntables and a mixer in 1982 and proceeded to start his DJ career, in early 83 He was tapped to be the second Mixer to be featured on a small independent Chicago radio station WCYC, managed by Kenny Jammin Jason of The Hot Mix 5 , He was in the WCYC Collective called "The Jackmaster 5" as well as the a second, "The Mastermix 6" . He competed in a few Chicago DJ battles most notably winning the Mobile Battle at The Pan American Festival in 1986 at The Navy Pier on Chicago's lake front, He worked at TRAX Records from 1985-86 pressing those iconic tracks and having his first track released on TRAX in 1986 titled "Are You Ready" recently featured on Harley & Muscle Classic Tracks EP . He still DJ's various club spots and private events, but more notably currently working on Musical projects With Recent releases and forth coming on London's Carlos Florez's Mas Profundo Muzica Label as well as forth coming releases on Chicago Labels, Smooth Agent Records as well as Void Digital.
