Following the success of the Yumi & The Weather E.P, We at XVI are delighted to welcome home one of our original family members, the mystic, elusive & relentlessly soulful Henry Wu with two beautifully crafted new tracks. 

Natural Complexion combines undeniable grooves with a vintage, lo-fi ambience, completed with Henry's vocals flowing seamlessly over the intertwined rhythms. On the flip side, Dutty Dub moves into jazz -infused broken beat territory, featuring dream -like synth waves washing over scattered drum patterns and some truly phenomenal keyboard playing. 

Released on February 24th.

On this latest tasty 45 the label has raided the back catalogue of Modern Sun Records founder and experienced jazz-wise producer Marc Friedli AKA Skymark. A-side "Flying Fantasy" originally appeared on the Spanish producer's 2016 album "Resistance Sonore", but is here featured in instrumental form for the first time. If anything, it's better than the original version, largely because we get to revel in Friedli's mazy Fender Rhodes solos, rubbery jazz-funk synth bass and loose-limbed, West London style broken beats. You'll find plenty more jaunty jazz-funk vibes and liquid electric piano solos on B-side cut "Rhodes E Serenidade", which first slipped out way back in 2015. DJ Support so far from DJ Spinna , Dom Servini, Emanative,Red Greg,Kevin Beadle, Mike Chadwick,Dynamite Cuts & Rocafort Records so far

Here is the latest works from LA based DJ and producer @urulu.

The opening track cuts immediately into the charming, familiar sound the Los Angeles based producer has become known for. Breezy yet relentless, the percussive-driven title track "Metroid" sits next to its equally club friendly neighbor, “Polaris.” On the flip, “Static Dancer” highlights the west coast brilliance of early Pacific Northwestern rave communities. The EP concludes with “Orbital,” a paced swinger built for the 7am floor mopping. An impressive take on house music with various recognizable influences, hitting each point it needs to make it one of the best discs TTTT has released to date.

We're celebrating 30K subscribers with a special guest, a complete artist which over the years became a notorious DJ and producer in UK and across the world. Born in Wales, Harrison BDP has started listening House and Techno music since the age of 16 being inspired by his father's passion for dance music. The Welsh producer is known for showing a lot of influences full of moody basslines, crispy grooves and addictive vocals. He already started the year with a fresh vinyl remix for EverydayParadise crew and an EP with Berg Audio. We are happy to stream over one hour of unreleased productions from Harrison BDP. We hope you'll enjoy this special story!
