Martin Moretto is one of New York’s active guitarists. As well as leading his own group, he composes, arranges, and collaborates in diverse popular and contemporary settings. 


    Martin has performed in the concert halls of Brazil, Argentina, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Peru and Chile, and in the halls and nightclubs of New York, including appearances at the Lincoln Center, Blue Note, Jazz Gallery, Zinc Bar, Nublu, 55 Bar, Cornelia Street Cafe (among others) with Alas, Avantango, Fernando Otero Quintet, Gustavo Moretto Quartet, Ana Saeki, Juan Lazaro Mendolas Quartet, Los Chantas, Three Sad Cats, Zvi Migdal Tango Orchestra, Trio Del Barrio, Cactus Salad Latin Jazz Band and the WPU Jazz Orchestra.


    He also has shared the stage with the likes of Kurt Elling, Dave Liebman, Jeff Hirshfield, John Riley, Daniel Binelli, Nestor Marconi, Hector Del Curto, Pedro Aznar, amongst others.




LATL is a house party and live music show.  It's been described as a cross between MTV Unplugged, Lyricist Lounge and the 80's cable show, TVPARTY.

Born in the East Village in 2011 Village Psychic began as a side project of musician / producer Will Broussard (Terror Dactel & The Death Set.) The moniker was inspired by the vivid neon sign of a clairvoyant around the corner of his (at that time) East Village Apt. The aural adventure flowed from late night musings and with the help of a friend Village Psychic’s initial manifestation took form in music-art videos, though the experiment was never really meant to go anywhere. Written with pop production values, using computer based recording, the lo-fi, synthy, bleached out sounds always retained a human vibrancy and could never solely live in the studio realm. First and foremost a performer, with years of experience making dance and electronic tracks as TerrorDactel, Broussard’s affair with the addictive energy of live music was reignited when he began playing drums for The Death Set in Spring of 2012. Ideas that weren’t executed at studio sessions lead to pent up creativity and the next wave of Village Psychic material was conceived, a live band / electronic hybrid.  Lush, dancy, percussive, and groovy Village Psychic is here to bring sonic imagination to a new decibel.
