Come May, it'll have been a year since "Halfway to Blackout" came out. I think "Blackout" is a GREAT ALBUM that has been UNFAIRLY MALIGNED by limp-dick, tight-assed critics. To defend this future cult classic and further cement its status as such, I went into the Livewires vault tonight, torch in hand, and blew the dust of the master tape for "Body Starts to Move (Next Thing You Know, I'm Out On The Danceflo')."

In one night of frantic sequencer programming, tape splicing, and keyboard playing, I uncovered the ACCESSIBLE POP REMIX of the tune. (Unfortunately, modern music critics can't appreciate music unless it's so obvious it HITS THEM IN THE FACE!) The Livewires faithful knows how great an album "Halfway to Blackout" is. I hope that this remix begins to show that to the rest of the world.

The art is something I made from a wonderful picture Nathan took as prospective cover art for an electronic album before "Halfway to Blackout" was even conceptualized. I'm glad it finally found a home. -Ben
