Daniel Jenkins aka. Jnks (pronounced Jenkins) is a Mexican dj with Panamanian roots. He started his music career back in 2007 as a dj and then became a producer in 2011.
As a dj he had shared stage with some international djs such as Juan Atkins, Nastia, Setaoc Mass, Nicole Moudaber just to name some.

As a producer, he is signed to Mexican international Illegal Alien and the Ukrainian Nechto Records. Also, he had signed tracks to other international labels such as Bulletdodge, Ex Aequo, Affekt, Credo and others.

Furthermore, his music had been played by some big name djs such as Richie Hawtin, DVS1, Nastia, Truncate, Ricardo Garduno among others.

SIX AM Guest Mix: JNKS

Patrick DSP is an uncompromising techno stalwart who has been smashing sound systems around the world. His style has remained energetic, raw, and powerful, no matter the current techno trends. Standing in front of a sound system while he works the decks is like standing in front of a moving train: it’s not something you’ll soon forget, but in a good way.

His extensive discography includes releases on his own Hardsignal Records as well as seminal labels like Heroes, Hydraulix, Kne' Deep, and the legendary Djax-Up Beats. His production style is inspired by his DJing: tight and thumping with a high level of energy and drive. With those kinds of bona fides, it is no surprise that he has DJed so many legendary events worldwide, spanning massive festivals like Germany's famous Love Parade, Amsterdam Dance Event, MayDay, and Awakenings, to clubs like Madrid's Fabrik, and Tresor Berlin.
Patrick started spinning records at underground raves in Canada in 1996 and quickly found himself making the music that had drawn him to DJing. Music production was a window into sonic exploration and new music technologies that led him to create everything from film scores to his signature pounding techno sounds. As he honed his skills, he also taught others how to make
music, gave advice and taught classes on music production and mastering.

After relocating to Berlin, Patrick parlayed his hard work and dedication to his craft into mastering music for other artists, eventually opening Neptune Mastering in Berlin. As an engineer with an intimate knowledge of dance music sound systems and culture, he understands how critical it is tomake a record hit hard on a dance floor. 

Whether as a DJ, producer, engineer, or just a guy who loves techno, Patrick DSP has dedicated his time and energy to techno. He's stayed true to the sound he loves the most, and whether you're listening to a record he's made or having your hair blasted back by one of his blistering DJ sets,
you know he's not holding anything back. It's full-on, it's charging, and it's real.

As an artist, I enjoy the idea of surprising and offering something unexpected to the crowd. I believe staying in the safe zone is a way to kill art. For this particular mix, I delved deep into my archive and wanted to give space to my more minimalist and hypnotic side... This mix is registered in one take and I aimed to create something timeless, transcending trends, focusing solely on techno, and I must say I really enjoyed mixing it.

Venues like La Cova became her playground, solidifying her position as a stalwart of the Barcelona electronic music community.

As an artist, Paula embodies the essence of a true DJ, eschewing gimmicks for a pure, no-nonsense approach. Her sets are masterfully crafted in the tradition of old-school DJs, characterized by impeccable technique, lightning-fast and seamless mixes, and a boundless versatility that traverses everything from pulsating grooves to dark, raw sounds—all stamped with her unmistakable signature style. While she defies categorization within specific Techno sub-genres, her sets consistently deliver sheer force and energy. Influenced by luminaries like James Ruskin, The Advent, Ben Sims, Surgeon, and Slam, Paula's musical evolution has remained steadfastly rooted in her unwavering commitment to Techno.
