A queer Black DJ based in Münster, they are a member of the schick.standort collective whose sets draw on the transformative history of Black techno. Their sound blends raw Detroit techno, steamy breaks, melodic electro and hypnotic grooves into an unapologetically personal expression.

This mix features raw, visceral sounds with pounding 909 drums and intricate rhythms that combine breaks and theatrical influences with unconventional textures. It balances intense, driving passages with intimate, soulful moments to create a bold, exploratory journey.

The vinyl-only underground techno branch of Evod & Oisel, Evod LTD, has welcomed artists like as Oscar Mulero, Jonas Kopp, Kwartz, Zadig, and Marcelus to contribute in the past.

Jeroen Search is a well-known producer from the Netherlands, and has produced music for top labels including Jeff Mills' Axis, Kr!z's Token, Ben Sims' Symbolism, and Len Faki's Figure.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Primitive Notion" with a cyclical modular riff that expands and contracts throughout. The throbbing bassline adds punch and a steady groove while classic 909 hits have a timeless touch, alll coming together for the right amount of hypnotic pressure.

Deep, dark and atmospheric techno from Oxygeno

Oxygeno returns to Soma for his second outing on the label with the deep, dark and hypnotic, ‘Catharsis EP’. Soaked in his typical atmospheric sound design, the Spanish born producer still keeps things tough, driving yet minimalistic, throughout.

Ambivalence opens the journey with pumping 909 drums against a stripped and steely rhythm. Catharsis goes even deeper as modulating synths create a twisted soundscape. Dirty Mind’s syncopated synths hooks are the core of another pulsing and atmospheric trip. Enigma leans off more dystopian vibes as hypnotic drones ebb and flow across the track. Closing with The Demon Inside, Oxygeno strips it back once again whilst delivering on attitude with earth shaking rhythmic elements are dark, foreboding synths.

"Ve & Fasa" is a dramatic way to express shock, dismay, or deep fear, typically in an exaggerated or theatrical tone. It's often used to describe disastrous or overwhelmingly bad situations. It's a hilarious expression so we decided to make an EP based on the concept! With our usual cheeky, machine funk approach, we created four completely different tracks on the theme. All in accordance with our vision of playful & mischievous but always genuine techno.
