Born and raised in Oakland, California, DJ Getmo has been Dj'ing the North West Seattle scene since 2001. A protege from SKAM Artist DJ's, DJ Gusto and DJ Vice, "If Gus wouldn't of got me started Dj'ing, I would of never started doing this, all thanks and much respect to both SKAM Artist DJ's."

Specializing in all genres of music, he has held many residencies throughout the Seattle area and surrounding cities. He has worked with leading radio stations and DJ's out of Hawaii - 102.7 Da Bomb - DJ Wu Chang, San Francisco - Wild 94.9 - Hollywood and Elvis, Atlanta - NGA Radio on TuneIn - DJ iLL808, and Los Angeles - Power 106 - DJ Joe Peezy, all of which can also be found on soundcloud. He has also worked with leading promotion teams such as Nod Factor Records-Portland, Partyboy Entertainment - Seattle, Partyrock-Los Angeles, Angel MGMT - Las Vegas/LA, Team Party Down (TPD) - Seattle, Eye Candy - Seattle, Epic One - Los Angeles, Rick Rock Productions - Hawaii, and many more.

A vigilant networking specialist, DJ Getmo has astounded crowds worldwide in cities such as Perth-Australia, Hobart-Tasmania, Hong Kong, Macau-China, Dubai, Jebel-Ali, Singapore, Bangkok-Pattaya-Thailand, Manila-PI, and more. Stateside you can catch him in cities such as Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego, Las Vegas, Butte, Reno, Fallon, Key West, Pensacola, Panama City, Visalia, Fresno, Hanford, Sacramento, Santa Barbara, Salt Lake City, and many many more. 

Currently working on producing and editing of his own tracks, he is trying to take his music to another level with his club based knowledge of the music industry.
