Specifically Hip Hop. The genre would consume his life as he began to fall through the eras of this genres past, and vow to become apart of its present. At the age of 14 he started to write and record with his friends who formed his first group called F.A.D.E (Fresh And Dope Entertainment) and after a a brief stint the group split ways after a year in 1989. He started writing and decided to become a solo artist.  His style and influences became clear, so did his talent. The young rapper, at the time 15yrs old got started performing at local talent shows and has worked with various Producers and Engineers. 
During the coarse of time, life situations has happened where he had to step away but was always writing and recording music. 2008 he started producing music and got back into the scene. Now he’s back and looking forward to share his talents with the world. Music has
found its place in his heart, and Shawn Major refuses to let that go
