The final katharsis release of 2024 is the 26-track compilation “Physical Force” featuring a wide range of affiliated artists from both the international and local Copenhagen electronic music scene. As the title hints, Physical Force delves into the visceral, bodily aspects of music, inviting its contributors to explore the theme of movement as a central element in their compositions. Each artist was encouraged to focus on rhythm, groove, energy, and the physicality of sound, which resulted in drum-heavy release from start to finish. While there is a consistent emphasis on rhythm and a bodily connection to the music, the tracks vary widely in style and sonic texture, ranging from big melodic anthems, gritty experimental techno, heavy jungle bangers, and beyond.

I've been so out of touch creatively lately, but this month I've been really productive. I really thought about out what direction I wanted to take as an artist, what it wanted to sound like, and artist branding as a whole. The wait is almost over, can't wait to showcase these original songs & collabs w/ super talented friends.

As goes for this mix, out of all the recent mixes I put out, this has to be my favorite one. I am going on tour soon.. so this is to give ya some taste of the songs I am gonna play live. I will announce the tour dates soon!

"1981, the year when it all began. It was the dawn of video game stardom and the year when the arcade was king. A time where carpenters and gorillas, vampire slayers and hunters, and boxers and elves were the main attractions of the new generation. In this generation, a joystick and a handful of buttons became new tools to make fantasy into reality. These tools worked to strengthen the connection between the players and the characters on screen. 

Then, the years went by. New games were played, new concepts were explained, and new faces were introduced. 

The rise of Nintendo was inevitable, and the world welcomed a revolution to video games altogether. From the interesting characters and fascinating worlds to the powerful heroes and gripping villains, Nintendo has been the anchor of the industry for decades. 

From the past to the present. From the arcade buttons’ "click-clacks" to one simple "snap". Just as the gameplay hooked gamers all over the world, so did the music. 

As the video gaming world evolved, so did the music that captivated our ears. The songs raised our attention, the anthems electrified our spirits, and the symphonies lifted our hearts. 

2018, the year when one mashup artist will take a journey through everything that this world offers. A journey through Nintendo’s own musical evolution.

This Girl Talk-inspired album is my first LP I've ever made. The concept of the album was to take a journey through all of the biggest games Nintendo had to offer from the past to the present. The challenge was to only mash songs from the games and pop songs, all in their respective decades from the 1980's to the 2010's. This task took me over 2 years to complete and I'm proud to announce that it's finally done! And I hope each and every listener will love it like I love producing it. So without further ado, I present, once again, NINTENDOLUTION.
