"This mix was actually more challenging than I was expecting. The visual gave me a very cosmic vibe so I wanted to convey the feelings you have on a journey; moments of uncertainty, tension, release, calm, intensity and so on. Referring back to the image, I kept second-guessing my choices and it made me far more particular than usual. I had an original version of the mix and was very underwhelmed with how it went so I scrapped it, but this was a good push for me to create something I’m genuinely happy with." - explicit joy on how they approached working with the image.
