Since always into electronic music, in 1997 dj Phobos started listening to psy-trance, going to parties and festivals all around Europe.

As a dj he has played in many parties and festival around the world together with lots of artists of international fame in the world of trance.

From the point of view of his musical choice, he doesn’t like sticking to just one style of psy-trance, but he prefers to adapt his set to the hour, the people and the situation he finds himself in, taking always special care of the mixing.

When playing during the night hours, he usually offers a Psychedelic Trance oriented style, with very psychedelic sounds which try not to degenerate into maddening noise or too dark influences; in the morning hour he will more likely choose to play more full-on underground stuff, trying to remain within the borders of psychedelics but with softer sounds, more suited for the light. Anyway he would rather play at dawn, according to him the most suitable moment of the day to enjoy his best sets. His djset is full of unreleased stuff.

He founded Looney Moon records with a group of friends in 2008, and he’s still managing the label with dj Fog . Today Looney Moon Records is a very well-known music label with 5 killer compilations , 4 albums and lots of digital EP which bombed the dancefloors around the world.

The Samauma is a thousand-year-old tree from the Amazon Rainforest region, affectionately called Mother and revered by various native tribes in the region. It is called that way because, when it reaches maturity, it acquires an imposing height that allows it to see and embrace the entire forest from above. Beautiful, majestic, and essential to the natural cycle, it is a sacred plant and important for the entire human population.

With that in mind, Stereophonic brings us a release of similar greatness: the V/A Samauma. A compilation of carefully selected tracks that represent a part of Resina Records' sound. In its curation, Stereophonic sought renowned artists in the national scene to develop a sonic progression through 11 tracks that promise to satisfy all tastes.

The V/A Samauma also seeks to raise awareness about the progressive destruction of the Amazonian landscape that has spread in recent years, threatening global biodiversity and our natural riches, so important for the inspiration and experience of artists and people who live for music.

Believe Lab is back with SAMADHI’s new mix, containing tracks from his new EP, Alien Radio.

Samadhi is a pioneering psytrance artist from St. Petersburg Russia one of the founders of famous Russian promo group Shanti Sound System and first radio show dedicated to psychedelic music in city called Shambala. He started djing since 1996 and producing his own music since the begging of new millennium.
His first releases were on legendary Russian labels De Ja Vu records and Vertigo records in 2004 – 2005. Then Ilya moved to live in Goa India after JAPAN tour for last few years and made a lot of gigs across Asia as well as many gigs around Europe in countries like Germany, Italy, Poland, Finland, Austria, Slovakia, Turkey, Estonia ,France , including big festivals like VooV 2009, Existance 2012 , SONICA in Italy , ODESSEY in Germany . Samadhi have released his split album with Fungus Funk on Blitz Studios and many tracks on compilations on important world labels like DISCOVALLEY REC, ACID DANCE REC, BOM SHANKAR REC, PURPLE HEXAGON RECORDS and many many more. Samadhi is also running a full power morning psytrance project thoghether with his goan friend Dj Nirmal called Trippy Trail.
