I intend this song for my band "TELEPHONE VOICES".  This is a letter to Rhonda that resides in New York now while I remain in Century Town where there is no room for ambition.  I'm pretty much a drunk that enjoys my little town but despite I still have feelings for Rhonda.  She's been gone for 10 years to pursue big city dreams while I wait tables out here!  Hey!  I just sold another guitar so I can keep drinking at my local bar!
