Continuation of the podcast series “Electro To The Masses” by Sergey Timoshov in the first independent music compilation. Including selected examples of the style, the compilation consists of 11 tracks that convey the spirit and energy of early electro, immersing the listener in sci-fi stories with a dark futuristic shade. Be careful, do not lose the connection in space and time when listening.

Each track of the compilation reflects the era of electro's ascent to the peak of popularity. Starting in the 80s, having separated from hip-hop, electro became an independent style, the sound of which formed the image of modern electronic music along with techno, house, acid and other canonical styles, while using a very ascetic set of instruments, for example, the familiar to many Roland TR-808, which became the hallmark of the style.

We are proud to present this release in our label's catalog and are especially glad to have become part of the Electro To The Masses distribution machine.

Каждый трек компиляции отражает эпоху восхождения электро на пик популярности. Начиная с 80х годов, отделившись от хип хопа, электро стал самостоятельным стилем, звук которого, формировал образ современной электронной музыки наравне с техно, хаусом, эйсидом и другими каноничными стилями, используя при этом весьма аскетичный набор инструментов, например знакомый многим Roland TR-808, который стал визитной карточкой стиля.
