“S&D” is short for “Smoking and Drinking”, which everybody does socially, occasionally, or frequently. This song is for that type of crowd. Even I love Smoking and Drinking, not all the time, because I have to stay open minded, so I can look or act normal. If I were to do it all day, you will catch me in a whole nother zone. All I need is a notebook and a pen, and I will come out with the best plan since God made man. And this song is keeping it real about the everyday living, the everyday stress. Sometimes, at the end of your day, you will want to smoke or drink something. I had a wonderful chance to work with an artist, “Samira”. I featured her on this track for “Shattered Dreamz”. I gave her the chorus, which I wrote, we ran through it a couple times. By the time we were ready to lay it down, I can honestly say, she did her thing. I told her the main idea and where we was going with it, so the listener can feel where we coming from.
