he latest release to drop on the Saved Records imprint is a two track EP titled 'Perception’ from Oxia. A label long established as being at the forefront of underground dance music, Saved Records continues to source talent from across the globe, this time drawing on the French house pioneer for this most recent offering, due out on the 19th May. 

Oxia’s career spans over a decade and has seen releases on a plethora of electronic music’s most notable labels. His early musical influences reflect a large spectrum of music styles including electro-funk, italo-disco, new-wave and early remnants of the Chicago house scene. Fast forward to present, Oxia’s two track EP for Saved shows clearly how he masters the house and techno crossover and demonstrates how after so many years in the game, Oxia is still at the forefront of the international electronic scene, relying on deep melodic grooves as the key element in his production.

Saved Records has wasted no time in building a reputation as leaders in world class house and techno and is now a well respected and hugely admired independent label. Alongside label founder Nic Fanciulli, artists who have released on the label include Joris Voorn, Adam Beyer, The Martinez Brothers, Mark Fanciulli and Rolando amongst many others.

LA producer Shaded has been churning out top quality musical rockets for a while now. His sound is distinctively his own and his tracks are all devilishly chunky. He deals in bangers and his music should come with a warning.

Jamie Jones & Lee Foss' Hot Creations imprint has successfully straddled the gap between underground house & techno and more crossover vocal led disco-infused dance music since it was launched in 2010. Grammy nominated producer and DJ  Nic Fanciulli  has unveiled the dynamic  Kölsch remix of his track ‘Saying’  featuring  Damon Albarn . Taken from Nic’s debut LP, the remix is set to drop on  16th March.

An eclectic Danish DJ famed for his anthemic ‘Grey’ (9 million Spotify streams to date),  Kölsch has garnered a reputation as one of dance music’s most talented producers, playing alongside Nic weekly throughout the summer of 2017 at Hï Ibiza’s new residency In The Dark.

Lacing ‘Saying’ with deep melodies, and a gruff bassline, Kölsch’s remix follows Nic’s original; a collaboration with Damon Albarn, taken from his critically acclaimed ‘My Heart’ album;. An album that was recently brought to life in a rare live performance from Fanciulli showcasing the album at Shoreditch venue Village Underground.

"The conception of the album started ten years ago and there’s probably been around 300 records written in that time,”  Nic explains.  “I’ve spent so much time and effort making this album that it’s essentially become a part of me, it has become my heart and my soul.”

“It's not often you get to remix 2 legendary british artists at once,”  added Kölsch. “I decided the moment
 
was perfect for implementing some classic UK rave influences, so I let myself be inspired by some early drum and bass.”

Influenced by hip hop, and the incredible legacy of Jeff Mills, Kölsch first started producing in 1995, becoming the subject of widespread praise for his ‘1977’ LP. Since then,  he’s ripped up the airways with an acclaimed Essential Mix for Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1, delivered his incendiary soundscape to Singapore’s world-renowned ZoukOut Festival, boomed his live show through the heaving basement of London’s XOYO and played the hallowed Space Terrace – in his words “a boyhood dream since I started going to Ibiza in 1999. That was what I wanted from life!”

The  Kölsch remix of Nic Fanciulli’s ‘Saying’   is out on  16th March.

While they say that life goes in cycles, Loco Dice is one to always break the chain and plot his own path. As well as heading up the long running and agenda setting label Desolat, and the newly minted En Couleur which explores a wide sphere of electronic sound, he also runs his own Serán Bendecidos party series, which is built around the concept of unity, community and freedom. As a revered producer, he has put out essential albums and EPs that exist in their own world somewhere between house and techno. He has designed catwalk music for international fashion labels, his own merchandise lines and collaborations with major International brands, played sold out world tours and held era-defining residencies at some of the world's most iconic clubs, collaborated with some of the music industry's biggest names and also cooks up his own ideal fusions of hip hop and electronic music with his FKD side-project. He is, undoubtedly, an unstoppable creative force.
