Music has the power to heal and ease our minds during times of trouble and it is in that spirit that we welcome Colossio to the Play Pal Series, an artist we've been following for quite some time and whose sound fits perfect with what we like and release.

He's played at the main clubs in Mexico, regular guest at Topaz Club in Monterrey and have done recently his first tour through Europe. Although he's into a wide range of music, his sound, even at lower bpm than on his usual sets, is definitively club oriented with a driving energy that keeps pushing.

With music out on labels such as Ombra International, Calypso, La Dame Noir, Relish or Duro among many others, and new Ep's coming up on Beat Is Murder and Á Table, he's become one of the most prolific artists of last years and definitively one to watch.

Rafa Sánchez began his career 25 years before in Seville, Spain, showing this years his eclecticism and his extensive background in clubs such as Attika House Club (Madrid), Sala Cosmos (Seville), KafKa club (Sevilla), Industrial coopera (Granada). He shared cabin with one great variety of renowned Djs such as, Martin Tirell, Lauren Garnier, Oscar Mulero, Cristian Varela, Elessban, Surgeon and many more. He also collaborates with the REDD collective, "Feed your Head" radio program based in England and with the label Espacio Cielo directed by the producer and DJ Parissior.
On this ocassion, he brings us great indie sounds, mixing dancefloor movements with mind tripping moments, leading us to a comfortable and well-mixed ambient space, just to put it in a disco or washing the dishes in your house. Turn up the volume, and enjoy!

A night drive in a city full of lights, a slow, hypnotic and powerful beat coming from a smoky club. This is the sound of Amarcord, a young musician, DJ and Live Performer also active in the experimental circuit. His music shows a profound love for both the Krautrock and New Wave sounds of the 70’s, re-imagined from the eye of the modern waves of electronic and dance music. 
Amarcord’s productions have been appreciated and supported by some of the most influential taste-makers in the underground club scene, from legends like Andrew Weatherall and Laurent Garnier to to the new generation acts and he had the opportunity to play in some of the most important venues across Europe and beyond.
After some well received releases on influential labels as Ombra International (in which he features regularly), Correspondant, ROAM and AEON, Amarcord is currently working on his first Album while a new EP on Me Me Me Records will see the light of day before the end of the year. Animated by an unstoppable need for music making and passion this young artist is just at the beginning of his exploration into a personal and ever stimulating sonic world.

His influences are as rock, some post punk and rave music, which has leading him up to techno, psychedelic, and indie dance mixed sounds.

Counterterraism Guest Mix 29: Globemaster

Mishell is Tomer Harel, a DJ and producer from Tel Aviv Israel. In his early years, he was a lead guitarist in a couple of rock bands and grew up around metal music and grunge, which have a big influence on his productions.

For his love for Arabic music, Mishell's sonority is a mix of Disco beats, Trance, Rock and Tribe. His first EP will be out in November on Hanzo & Yaman‘s label Belly Dance Services. He also recently signed music on Hard Fist and HEARec that will come to light next year.
