Rockntroll began his journey after a long evolution behind the decks as DJ Giftzwärg. Starting in 2001 with the party label Rainbowtribe, he was deeply shaped by the psytrance scene — its music, its people, its rituals, and its unmistakable vibe. Years spent on dancefloors and in forests formed a solid foundation, but also sparked a desire to go further.

Over time, his musical vision expanded beyond borders. Influenced not only by multiple psytrance subgenres, but also by the raw power of metal, the hypnotic drive of techno, and the experimental spirit of psyrock, Rockntroll began forging a sound of his own. A sound where heavy energy meets groove, where psychedelic storytelling collides with underground pressure.

His music is driven by a deep love for the surreal, the fantastical, and the unknown — soundscapes that feel like stepping through a glowing doorway into another realm. Forests breathe, shadows dance, and reality bends as rhythms pull the listener into a world where imagination leads and expectations dissolve.

Always prepared to be creative, unique, and unpredictable, Rockntroll is not just a project — it’s an evolving journey through sound, fantasy, and psychedelic energy.

DJ carioca, Lauro Casqueiro aka Mescalitto freqüentador de festas Trance desde ano de 2000, iniciou o seu trabalho com musica eletrônica no ano de 2005 após seu curso na Xtreme DJ’s em Botafogo (RJ) com Wagner J. Pereira. Mescalitto com um ótimo gosto musical e ouvido afinado, começou a dedicar-se ao PsyTrance e teve como inicio dos trabalhos e apresentações na cidade de Rio de Janeiro, Cabo Frio e Búzios no litoral norte do rio aonde fazia festas com seus amigos. No ano de 2006 foi despontado na cena tendo se apresentado ao lado de Orbital Vision, Flow & Zeo, Matera, 220 V, James Monro, Interactive, Bizzare Contact, Visual Paradox e outros. Com um set e mixagens marcantes com muita energia, Mescalitto é pista bombando o tempo todo. Hoje em dia, Mescalitto se dedica à produção musical, um PsyTrance com muita alegria e energia positiva!
