I had to...I just had to...

I've had KiD CuDi's "A Kid Named Cudi" mixtape produced by Plain Pat and Emile in the depths of my harddrive for awhile now but I had chance to do a sitdown on it.

This was the stand out track...I mean, CuDi and DC rapper Wale (please pronounce it Wah-Lay) are swanky and I like all things swanky.

I thought to myself why not up the swanky game on it. I had to jump on it.

I always go my ONCS6 moniker, but I think it's time to rebirth Swanky on this one since er'ryone calls me it. Plus...swanky to me is my cool as a cucumber persona *puts on his Ray Bans*, haha!

If you think I'm pullin' an Otis Jackson Jr/Madlib/Quasimoto/Yesterday's New Quintet/Madvillain/Jackson Conti thing...no, you're mistaken. Gawd knows I need more websites.

I don't think I'll have that many pseudonyms, haha!

Here's the flavour...

I did some choppin', loopin', sequencin' to keep the beat in check with me. Quick time on the mix...I wanted to get this out right away since I've been quiet on the leaks. I know some of you have been buggin' me about somethin'...so look above and CLICK. I really felt this track...in and out of the studio with a snap of a finger and the rest is history...

KiD CuDi & Wale Feat. Swanky - Is There Any Love (Remix)

I was screwing around and discovered that it actually sounds pretty cool when you layer this track. I originally posted this for personal listening but it got way more plays than I ever expected. It might seem weird but I find it almost oddly satisfying especially when both recordings “line up” making interesting harmonies.
