Vlastur needs no introductions. Coming from the Athenian underground music scene from the 80s as a bass guitarist, funk and dub-experimenting his way into the psy scene, adding his unique signature to a huge number of projects and bands he played in, known to Ozorians especially for his collaborations with Parvati, the Novelty Engine band and especially his live project, the Vlastur Full Band. He believes, and is living proof, that the sound evolves constantly while the vibe remains the same, from Rock n' Roll to Punk and from Dub to Psy.  This DJ set is another example of his manifold musical explorations, a Sangomesque journey by Vlastur.

Waves of Resonance 4 warms up with a psychedelic acid groove and cybernetic sound, surrounded by deep hypnotic atmospheres the human body to resonate at the same frequency as Mother Earth. The project grew out of his need to convey his experience of ‘Liberation Through Hearing’ a phrase taken from the Tibetan book of the dead. After many years of studying soundology and experimenting with all kinds of electronic equipment and sound sources, the time is ripe to put all thoughts together and express them in music. From science f(r)iction to science facts, expect a mode of subversive psychedelia blended with a bit of poetry.
