First track of a new album where I'll try to be more eclectic, with closer approach to some genres. Experimented on this one over-editing vocal line on the left, and getting midi files out of organic guitar melodies, which I could play with virtual instruments. I hope you'll enjoy a different Ruizzoid shape.

Dedicated to Germán Coppini’s ‘Golpes Bajos’, one of my favorite groups of the Spanish ‘Nueva Ola’.

Feeling Invisible

The DMT Song Netherlands producer Qrittix feat. California Singer Songwriter Shavon Bonnie Legion "Lost In Silence" is a brand new original song releasing on Sound Legion.

This song is very powerful for me, it sat a while with just one verse and we had considered doing a duet track, after some recent communications with some very mind exploring individuals and going over the track with Qrittix we decided it needed to be completed as one, and I had to reach inside deeply to pull out the rest of what needed to be said in this piece. The track instrumental was a very personal piece from Qrittix after losing hearing in one of his ears for short time. Its weepingly emotional for me about my questions in life and what life is. The song is inspired by DMT. I have not taken DMT before but the experiences that people are having with DMT seem to resonate with me very deeply, a lot of these feelings, visuals thoughts people get after exploring EGo death on the drug are feelings I have had thoughout my life, sometimes in meditation but other times unknowingly and unexplanable.

I would like to thank those who shared there stories on Youtube, some of these stories hit me very profoundly and also Actualized.org aka LEO for his exploration Enlightenment work.

Beat and synth played with Native Instruments iMashine2 4-track iPad app by taping on iPad surface. Plus my Yamaha bass and Fender Stratocaster for lead and licks. Recorded directly with Maschine MK3. The guitar effect if reversing guitar samples directly in Ableton, though I like jamn with reverse delay (like one can be found in Korg Gadget on iPad). The rest of prod and mastering is done in Ableton Live 10. Thanks for your support!

BIRTHMARKS - How Do You Rule Me

This track is an original ambient binaural electronic organic tripped out instrumental journey and was inspired by watching the film Decent and a recent adventure to the mysterious Crank Caverns in Rainford UK on a clear but cold day and reading up on the caverns myth and history dating back to at least the 15th century with supposedly a subterranean church and weird cannibalistic goblins roaming down there in a labyrinth of caves and caverns! 

The surrounding countryside and area is familiar to me since childhood, so i was rooting about near the caves for treasure like you do haha and i spotted a dark looking hole tucked away in the embankment close to one of the caves and thought to myself this looks interesting and not a rabbit hole so i found a fist sized rock close at hand and rolled it down, i suddenly realised this was a very deep hole and i nervous rush of vertigo speed through me as i realised i was over it by my self in the middle of nowhere! 

I soon moved away and then went home for a lie down haha and ended up having the most strangest of dreams were i was falling down that hole as the vertigo took over me and pulled me to another world which started off at the local supermarket as i emerged from the deep dark watery cave from a door into the cake and biscuits aisle and then somehow ended up on the planet Mars ripping the sands up on a real mint Quad bike chasing a fantasy ocean as i kept on falling in a dreamy slow motion through time with everything rushing past me flowing like liquid at light speed seemingly forever but there were no goblins just spacial oceans, euphoric energy's and maybe one or two aliens! haha

Almost every song I post started ages ago. I remember writing the lyrics to this song in the gym I go to during summer vacation. Good times. The lyrics were initially inspired by my family's continual attempt to live consciously to better the planet and better our personal health. I pretty much don't buy anything, so that is one way I help, lol. Gotta try to leave the spirit and the planet better than when we came. I sent the original tracks over to Couch King some time ago after working with him on a couple of his projects. I've always wanted to do a hip hop track with some rapping but it's the one thing I haven't gotten down yet. I love what he did both musically and with the subject matter. Plus what a sweetheart to work with. I got it 99% done but then got really busy and left him hanging for far too long. After some gentle prodding, I finally finished. Thanks again Marquis! :)

Massive thanks again to Bitzone and DeeP. for keeping the energy going on this projects. Big up to RS Frawstakwa on keeping connected and always being down to bust some rhymes on another track. I have been digging not playing any role in the music production department and just laying down vocals.

“It Ain’t Looking Good,” similar to “I Don’t Owe Ya,” and “Deeper” are influenced by my daily commute to work and the neighborhoods I drive through. The vibrations I was mostly influenced by were very different when I lived in the bay area and worked in Silicon Valley. Santa Cruz had a slightly similar vibration to my current commute, but it was definitely more sunny, positive, and new age. I also suppose that the lyrics and vibe of these tracks are also influenced by the current societal focus on Mental Health.

In selecting songs for my cover album one of the challenges was to select one of the nearly 400 songs by The Rolling Stones. When I first heard this song in 1966 I never thought in my wildest dreams that 53 years later I would be recording my own version. Even though sometimes it’s “a drag getting old” I can console myself with the thought that I’m one year younger than Mick Jagger and still Rockin' and singing my heart away.
