G's Chill Lounge® is a radio show hosted by Gina Alexander, broadcasting on BFF.fm, a San Francisco community radio station. The show features a mix of Urban Indie, R&B, Chill, Smooth Jazz, and World Music, with occasional artist interviews. It airs live on Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and listeners can access show archives online. As for music, I believe that Jazz/Blues constitute the autobiographical chronicling of (Black) life under the constant threat of death--whether that death be spiritual, physical, psychological, or cultural. This is the terrain of Black artistic & intellectual articulation.
