The talented Dutch producer has an unique approach in the way he's making his music. He has an ear for layering textural vibrations and unpredictable sounds that he develops into his own imaginary universe. Loek Frey emerges fluid atmospherics combined with broken rhythms in this one hour mix. I recommend keeping a close eye on him, this story will not end here.

Im very pleased that he participated and will be the one to guide us through is musical fascinations.

it's with broken sonorities that Atoloi unveils this 7th podcast. An ambient opening followed by pulsating rhythms and tribal drum and bass to wrap up.

"As a devotee of nature, I explore sounds creating a mellow amalgam of layers using over-reverberated synths, field recordings, and self-created samples. Not choosing the club-oriented way as a first calling, instead, my productions search for other depths, in which the listener can get lost while getting submerged by heavy-grained noises and evocative instrumental compositions."

Amsterdam-based abh & Hoff, the masterminds behind the wonderful "Far Blue" record label and podcast series, curated our latest "Delayed with..." music tale.
Imagine drifting through a moonlit forest dappled with fireflies and the low hum of cicadas. That's the vibe – lulling, dreamy, and alive with subtle magic. Lush atmospheres unfurl like velvet curtains.
Four-on-the-floor rhythms pulse like a steady heartbeat, then melt into broken beats that pirouette like autumn leaves. Familiar names like Shoal and DJ Balduin shimmer like constellations while hidden gems flicker like fireflies and dance with melodies laden with unspoken intrigue.
The mix crescendos and takes a playful detour down an acid-tinged path. Imagine Alice tumbling down a rabbit hole of sound, where playful blips and bloops dance in the stardust. It's a whimsical prelude to the perfect finale – Leafar Legov's "Fade" washes over you like a warm wave, the perfect closing note to this auditory adventure.

Lulled into melancholic tales by other joe (@josephbuchan), musician, producer and label head from Melbourne, a city that has given me so much in musical terms. This mix —sketched for loved ones— signifies the 100th landmark at FR, which I celebrate as an enduring and beautiful journey through the ever-expanding music realm. A heartfelt thanks to every soul who has contributed to this project so far.
