Last week I put this track out as a standalone piano improvisation but right away people started to see its potential as a song. To date I’ve received four versions and there are quite a few more in the pipeline. I’ve started a group for all these versions at

Anyway, since I’ve been asking people to sing along, and since I’m in the mood for breaking out of my comfort zone, I’ve made my own vocal version. I’m not a singer, never will be, I’m under no illusions about that, but it’s been fun to try.  And after so many years of making music it’s unnerving to hear myself for the first time doing what comes so much more naturally to so many of you.....which is why I'd love to hear you doing it instead!  Thank you for indulging me.

As for the words, it's one of those songs you write without thinking why, but I guess it's about some of the crazy reasons why people fall in love
