A euphoric statement from Andre Zimmer, as the Big Trouble Records head unveils a four-track suite channelling the ecstatic essence of ‘90s rave culture.

Marking a high point in Zimmer’s catalogue, Saved My Life EP moves with widescreen intent — pianos soaring skyward, robust basslines locking into deep, progressive grooves. There’s a reverence here for classic house and trance tropes, but it’s filtered through a contemporary, analog-tinted lens. Korg-driven synthwork adds warmth and bite, grounding the release in tactile detail.

At once a tribute and a personal evolution, these tracks operate on multiple planes — driving, expansive, and emotionally raw. Moments of anthemic lift meet with heads-down propulsion, tracing lines between warehouse ecstasy and internal catharsis.
