He made his breakthrough with 2019’s UK Top 10 single, ‘Sorry’, which also broke the all-time 24-hour Shazam record in the UK with over 41,000 recorded tags, paving the way for collaborations with the likes of Charli XCX, Saweetie, David Guetta, Rita Ora, and Bryson Tiller, as well as a further five Top 10 records – including 2020’s anthemic UK #1 single and global smash, ‘Head & Heart’ ft. MNEK. Joel later released his Gold-certified, UK Top 5 debut album, ‘Another Friday Night’, in October 2023 to critical acclaim, with The Face saluting Joel’s ability to pump out “pristine party-starters”.

Over the last five years, Joel has also played sold-out headline tours across the UK, US, Europe and Australia, performed at the MTV EMAs, The Pride Of Britain Awards and The British Grand Prix at Silverstone and marquee festivals like Tomorrowland and Ultra, as well as coveted residences at flagship venues in Las Vegas and Ibiza. He also polled at #36 in DJ Mag’s internationally renowned Top 100 poll in 2024 — up five places from 2023.

Daniel Miller and Michael Coles have been playing under the moniker of DMC for just over two years. Between them they have over 10 years of experience. More importantly have been fundamental members of many big brands in Cardiff! DMC have worked / continue to work very closely with LAMERICA and C-Y-N-T. They are renowned around Cardiff for their Deep: Jackin’: Disco sound.

DMC’s productions are not to go unnoticed. DMC have worked with labels such as, DiscoBomb, Kleenhouse but have now signed to DISCO LEGENDS records due to their productions being so on point! Their most successful production Wanna be with Me, got into the top 5 of the Traxsource charts. DJ E-Clyps, Milty Evans, Twism & BR3AO, DJ Zimmo, Michael Murica, and many others have supported DMC’s productions over their short time. 

Having played during the ADE festival in 2014, DMC are looking to make big strides in 2015. DMC have played with many outstanding artists over the last few years. Johnathan Ulysses, MORRT and Steve Fryer to name a few, but their most memorable moment so far were playing after Derrick Carter at the PIONEERS night in Cardiff.
