Quaternion is kinda like complex number, but in four dimensions, instead of 2D.
A quaternion with fixed length can represent every single rotation and orientation in a 3D space.
Which means, no matter where you're standing on a sphere toward whichever direction, you can never escape a unit quaternion. Isn't it cool?
With this as an inspiration, the song delivers rhythmic variations that struggles to escape, but concludes into, a chunk of quarter notes.
