With Narration, Toki Fuko returns to Affin after a long break. The EP contains 4 stylistically diverse tracks (some of them overlong), which are captivating in their perfection and document the musical versatility of the musician, who skillfully moves between dubby, hypnotic, in-depth techno here. 
An extremely worthy successor and a grandiose further development of the Astatine EP from 2020.

ABSIS & Uranio Empobrecido - Espai Indefinit [Loop Modulator // LM001]

This is the first release of Loop Modulator, a new electronic label born in Spain, driven by NANO Modules synthesizers brand.

In this project the main purpose is to capture on vinyl the music created with modular synthesizers to promote the creation of sound with these machines.

We have prepared 4 cuts of electro inspired by outer space for this first Loop Modulator reference, made by the Barcelona producer ABSIS, and the founder of NANO, Uranio Empobrecido.

These two operators, regulars between electro and dub techno, have decided to join forces with 2 original tracks, and 2 mutual remixes.

B1 - Flashing Pulses / Uranio Empobrecido

On november 21st, Accents records will return with a split LP by Teriak and Saïph: a rich blend of experimental and functional tracks, ranging from spaced-out ambient to banging techno.  
The A side by Teriak, half of Subterrean and modular enthusiast, is a shamanic-like initiation to the expressive forces of modular tones, a singular piece of hallucinogenic ambient music that plays with phasing and stratification, layering acid patterns, weeping synths and warped chants to induce an hypnosis state.
The B side by Saïph, a young producer who released an EP on ARTS this year, is a more explicit evocation of dancing rites and nocturnal ceremonies, with a particular focus on sound design details. Through the 4 tracks, Saiph delivers different approaches to the soundtrack of inner euphoria and synchronized mutual bliss. With these heavy rolling kick drums, bold nervous basslines and crackling rhythms, he continues to refine his own signature for our growing pleasure.
This will be available on our bandcamp, digital and physical with a limited edition cassette. The split LP format and the DIY release process are a great way for us to pursue our mission : support the most exciting and unsung artists of our scene and to curate and release their work under the best possible form.

ACCENTAPE007 (PREVIEW) - Teriak / Saïph

Our latest premiere is from the upcoming debut album from Sindh, Gupta Tribes, a fascinating blend of tribal ambient, modular synthesis and influences from the world of deep techno, all inspired by the Gupta empire of ancient India. Ujjain is an atavistic war dance using modern electronics to conjure up hauntological visions of a society long gone. The inherent futurism present in the synthesized sounds creates curious friction when applied to the subject matter, leaving the listener with the impression of hearing a legitimate document from times before. Listening to the tribal percussion conformed into a pulsing rhythm enveloped by obscure voices and sounds of nature, one can almost see the opening of the gateway displayed on the cover art, linking two worlds across time and space.

Monument premieres a track "Ujjain" from the release, which will be out on the 28th of November.

Seoul-based dub techno powerhouse, Oslated continues to expand its impressive catalog with the latest outing, "Mujo" LP by Japanese talent Shun Watanabe aka Doltz. 
10-track album also features remixes by Brussels own Adhémar and French prodigy Olorun.

In "Henka To Eien," the track we have pleasure premiering today, Doltz demonstrates his talent in the 'less is more' approach. "Henka to Eien" is a driving dark, eerie techno track that doesn't lose intensity and energy throughout its journey like a haunted time-traveling steam train at full speed. The metallic echoey synth tones intensify the uncanny feeling that follows this train to its final destination, the mystic year of Eien. 

"Mujo" LP is coming out via Oslated on October 30th.
