Zum ersten Mal in dem fast 4jährigen Bestehen des betterlizzen Podcast werde ich in der Moderation von Corvin unterstützt. Corvin ist Teil des Berliner Event-Kollektivs Less Talking More Dancing und kreiert dort zusammen mit unserer heutigen Gästin: Mukkimiau. Maria, liebevoll genannt Mukki, ist mittlerweile Lokalmatadorin der Berliner Technoszene. Sie ist zusammen mit ihrem Partner Max Joni und auch solo in den Clubs der Stadt unterwegs und spielt international in Thailand, der Schweiz und der Türkei. Sofi Lucius born in Argentina, resident un Berlín.
After running her club "Wake Up" in Buenos Aires, she traveled to Ibiza, where she began her career as a professional DJ, playing in a long list of clubs, at the same time she is the head manager of the artist collective and promoter of events "Project 33".
Through her sets, she broadcasts her long and winding journey through the scene.
She displays the curious, restless, introspective and sensitive passion for the scene and electronic music.
After 8 years of residence in Berlin, she has a solid presence in the City's techno scene. She has played in renowned clubs, partys and festivals such as Sisyphos, Katerblau, Fusion Festival, Rummelsbucht, Station Endlos, Suicide Circus, Teufelsberg, Aeden, Urban Spree, Diskonnekt, Encore und fois, Christa Kupfer, Magdalena Keller, Gobsmacked Records, Berlin Invasion, Polygon, Fitz Roy, Ava Club, and many more...

In addition to the last few years of stability in the Berlin scene, she has also, for many years, several residencies in Ibiza and participated in hundreds of parties around the world, like: Suara Boat Party, Gay Pride Parade, Global Radio, Sankeys, Tox Destino, Pacha, Macarena Barcelona, La Nuit Surrealiste (France), Underclub Streaming, Fnoob Techno, Veto Social Club, Nui Ibiza, Selva Club Mallorca, Oculto, Kaos (Andorra), Niceto Club, Requiem, Quinoto (Coroba), Barhein, Loft (Brasil), and many Underground raves and Parties.
She has also released techno music independently and for different labels as EP, Remixes and Various Artist under the alias Sofi Lucius and in parallel a full albums under his second artistic alias: LUFT, with whom he makes a completely different style of music than on the dancefloor.

You put on some music to set the scene for rising temperatures under the sheets…

The set you put on suddenly brings you out of rhythm, but getting up to skip the track is no longer an option.

We have been scouting for the perfect Sunday morning sets for quite a while already and while "Eigentlich heissen wir Klaus" & "Mattmosphere" have been steady suppliers of them for us, we also developed the idea of asking befriended artists to record one hour of music, to which they like to stay in bed with a loved one.

It's an intimate ask, but most of them said yes.

Cuddle Cast 16 comes from Berlin-based @madmoiselle_myrna, she is part of our friends at @wdlnds and has also played for our social partner @love-foundation back in 2022.

Born and raised in Belgrade Serbia, Filip Xavi is recognized as one of the pioneers of the local
contemporary techno scene, active as a DJ and promoter of techno culture in Serbia since 2001.
During his decade long residency at Belgrades notorious Drugstore club, he took part as a performer
and curator at over 100 events that (re)defined Belgrades techno landscape.
His music was released on: Dynamic Reflection, Subsist, Sonntag Morgen, Decoder Recordings,
Panel Traxx, Diffuse Reality, Art21, Schimmer, Meditation, Semantica, Mord, Rudiment, Newrhythmic,
KR/LF and Mindtrip.

These sequences of events resonated outside the frames of the Serbian scene and led to the invitations
to respected clubs across the globe: Tresor Berlin, Radion Amsterdam, Le Sucre Lyon, Institut Fur Zukunft – Leipzeig,
Larm - Budapest, Mutabor – Moscow, Groundless Factory – Beijing, Oil – Shenzhen…
Innately attracted to a timeless techno archetype, Filip unfolds his sets in continuous waves of energy,
taking you to different worlds,each new one captivating you further into a close sonic encounter, while

Formed by two long-time friends and collaborators, Mist Gasp emerged from a shared obsession  with texture, tempo, and the transformative power of sound. Having released in labels such as Mord, Soma or Natchtstrom Schanplatten and played in  underground clubs and raves across Europe, Mist Gasp continues to carve out their identity with  a growing presence in the techno community.
