In general, the album was written using "hardware", so it has a very characteristic sound -
dense and deep chill out with straight kick, downtempo, dnb, and various electronics.

"Into The Flow" is a representation of accepting the cycles and flow of life, and understanding the flow of sound, our bodies and nature.
