The ever-evolving music interests and love for rhythmic variety brought @goscinska to delve into various styles that she blends in her sets. Melting moody electro with groovy techno; breakbeat with 4x4 rhythms or smashing a techno set spiced up with acid, breaks, bass, punk, 2 step, D’n’B is what you can expect. Industrial slow-beat, deconstructed club, experimental and ambient music all have a special place in her selection as well.

She cultivated her passion for electronic music in the hometown of Warsaw. After moving to Spain in 2016, she converted from a raver to a DJ the moment she started missing the harder face of music in the area she lived. Berlin, the current home-base, invited her to explore different styles and genres, to go outside of the comfort zone. She’s performed in clubs across Poland and Berlin: Tresor, Renate, Mensch Meier, Suicide Circus, Das Lokal, Ciało, Transformator, Jasna 1, Szpitalna 1, Pogłos, Sfinks700, Projekt Lab, Schron. She has done her first tour in India, where she is definitely coming back.

GOŚCIŃSKA was hosting a radio show on the London Aaja Music radio under the szlag project, where she invited prominent electronic music artists to show their non-club music selection they never get to play in clubs, all the while promoting promising newcomers. Szlag is now undergoing a little restructuring. Expect a reactivation later this year.

Discappointment has its week with 𝙜𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙞. Just under a week ago she performed at our last party and now she's brightening up our day with a fresh mix in the 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 series. An outstanding, diverse mix. And when it comes to gummi, we can expect the most surprising musical connections. It's no different in this case. In this latest material, she smoothly transitions through varying tempos from 140 to 70 to 160, exploring different areas of experimental music. You'll find elements of jazz, dubstep, rap, and tasty bass references here. A well-curated selection and versatility of sounds is something that you can hear clearly in this piece. And we are truly impressed by that.

C Powers (Cecilia Powers) promotes the power of community organizing in many facets of her life. She’s an interstellar producer and DJ as well as an active tenants’ rights activist in Portland, Oregon. 
Intersectionality is at the core of Cecilia’s perspective as a trans woman and is reflected in her organizing practices and her musical activities. Whether planning actions against unethical landlords with tenants & regularly hosting solidarity benefit parties in Portland, or fostering safe dancing spaces with her queer family when she lived in Savannah GA, Cecilia has found ways to expand upon the notion of a “community in motion”. 
She has released on Sorry Records, Sweat Equity, CGI Records, Proper Trax, and Niche N Bump to name a few, and will release her 'Sheer Sky' EP on Oklahoma-based label Fixed Rhythms in December 2023.

Inside: some slavic vocals, cinematic soundscapes mixed into bass, footwork, 4x4, experimental rhythms, ambient, electro, dubstep, dnbassy stuff.

The set is a recording from the @atavizm-collective party in Klub Cel in Katowice on the 23.03.2024. 

"The energy dominating the space that night was somewhat special, feminine and powerful. I played after @vi-official and my set was accompanied by a bewitching visual performance by Avari. Things were just flowing and the set turned out to be a mixture of subtle breakbeats, rumbling kicks, spacious 4 x 4, ritualistic hard drums with just a dash of dubstep and grime. Let me know how you liked it. Enjoy."

Melting moody electro with spacious bass tracks; breakbeat with 4x4 rhythms or smashing a set full of techno, breaks & footwork spiced up with dubstep, DnB, deconstructed and glitched rhythms is what you can expect. Industrial slow-beat, post-club, experimental and ambient music all have a special place in her selection as well.

Working on the program and organization of her brainchild SFORA is what she does when not behind the decks. The festival is an intimate summer event in the lake region of Poland, focusing on electronic music, visual art and engaging workshops; promoting diversity, inclusivity and collaboration.
