Set as a two-act play, Scenes From is Gruth’s third solo album, following 2020’s Somnum Exterreri and 2018’s Laments. Written in São Paulo and Salvador da Bahia, Brazil between 2018 and 2021, a musical study of anxiety, this album consists of eight scenes, which are experimentations that preceded the pandemic-time collaboration All That We See or Seem.
