Saya (@sayamusik) is a Montreal-based electronic-soul artist known for her haunting, classically trained alto voice and her ability to blend dream pop, synthwave, ambient textures, and disco-infused grooves into a sound that feels both timeless and futuristic. Since 2014, she has co-produced and self-released music with longtime collaborator John Bentley, creating richly layered tracks that showcase her emotive vocal style and atmospheric production.

A fixture in Montreal’s music scene, Saya has been performing live for several years, collaborating with a range of local DJs and producers—including Quebec nightlife legend Alain Vinet—and gracing venues like Toronto’s Mod Club and Montreal’s MusiquePlus. In 2025, she began working closely with Avenue One, contributing vocals and co-writing original tracks that push her sound further into the melodic, club-driven side of electronic music. Soulful, genre-defying, and deeply immersive, Saya is carving out a unique space in the Canadian electronic landscape.
