Persistence Through Adversity

Another one that came together fairly quick. Experimenting more on the mix and panning. Getting there but learn new techniques every time. 

So far the feedback has been really good on this one. Funny because its not really over the top flashy guitar playing!

Reduce to Ashes

Shadows like a yarn,
burning piece by piece,
falling on the smoking soil,

I hear the wail of the gorges,
it is a path for allies of war,
and the last glimpse of the sleeping depths,
where unveiled death passing thru.

Cosmic shroud flickers,
fill the heavens,
with the weep of the beast,
mourning procession departs.

The seed in moist flesh,
sown consciousness rise again,
from darkness the eternal substance
takes shape of a man.

Bring my craving to the goal,
carved by wind and time,
on mountain of creation,
set the fire

Seeking the strength of blood and the divine,
way of the calvary and iron stars,
we are the shape of eternity,
while over the forehead only the milky way ride.

With blood-stained,
descendant of my flesh,
becomes yearning nocturnal.

The will is grown
tall towers have fallen
now when the shame evanish
the supreme being is call me
