Mexican Techno trailblazer Lorely Mur is back with her brand-new release ‘Acid Kisses’, including a hard-hitting remix from Mon.Ton. Lorely’s the latest resident of the Hardpop Club, which stands to be a popular Mexican venue where she has garnered support from some huge names in the industry and subsequently, her talents have taken her across the US and Mexico. After discovering her talent and passion for Techno music in Berlin, she has gone on to attain an array of impressive achievements including performing headline sets for renowned artists like Da Groove and Zulu, whilst supporting sets for well-known artists like Deborah De Luca and Juliet Fox. In recent times, she has bloomed into a seriously talented Producer, with a string of deep and entrancing Techno hits like ‘Interstellar Mission’ EP with Eclipse recordings, her ‘Frission’ EP with VISIIONS and lastly her critically acclaimed track ‘Juno’ with SLC-6. 

Lorely Mur has done it again here with ‘Acid Kisses’, she has upped the ante with this latest release as the quality and overall vibe of each track have hit new levels and are a true representation of her knack for music production. ‘Acid Kisses’ is unquestionably one to behold, as she demonstrates her exceptional skills by intertwining a propelling bassline bound to get you moving, paired with strings of fleeting and atmospheric synths before she kicks things up a notch with a grungy, acidic arpeggio. Before you know it, you are plunged into the main body of the track where rhythmic and deep sounds kick out into a fury of Techno heaven chopped full of sounds bound to send you sideways. Mon.Ton’s remix flips the track on its head to produce a punch of raw, underground Techno with hard-hitting synth sounds and blasting kicks and basslines to seal the deal.  With a driving bass and a manic feel to it, Mon.Ton’s remix is a product of what he does best, as he sends your senses into a frenzy and in turn, takes you for a ride and hypnotises you in the best way possible.

Street kids all over the world have to suffer from hunger, fear and physical abuse. Even in a welfare state like Germany there are 2.500 children each year end up living on the streets where they have to expect neglect, beggary, prostitution, drug abuse and a criminal future. The reason why the run away are different but mostly they flee from domestic violence and a loveless social environment. 

To make a better future for the children possible David Rausch decided to donate the profits of his „Liebe EP“ to the Organisation „Off Road Kids“.

At the age of 15 he had to experience how it feels to be left to his own. „The issues of this EP have much to do with the self-worth of a human. That’s exactly what breaks down in these kids.“ So David. 
With „Liebe“ we present to you a special work where David processes this time and moreover unified his talent as a producer, guitarist, songwriter and singer. The 8-track EP contains features and remixes by Landhouse, Katabtu and Mangiac. 
David deeply touched us with the positive energy that he sourced of his negative experiences. He showed us again that you should never give up yourself. What unites us is the believe in the power of love.

Straßenkinder auf der Ganzen Welt müssen Hunger, Angst und Misshandlung erleiden. Sogar in einem Sozialstaat wie Deutschland landen ca. 2.500 Kinder jährlich auf der Straße, wo ihnen Verwahrlosung, Bettlerei, Prostitution, Drogenmissbrauch und eine kriminelle Zukunft drohen. Die Kinder - welche in allen Gesellschaftsschichten anzutreffen sind - reißen aus unterschiedlichsten Gründen von zu Hause aus, doch meist stecken Misshandlung in der Familie und ein liebloses soziales Umfeld dahinter. 

Um diesen Kindern eine bessere Zukunft zu ermöglichen hat sich David Rausch entschieden den Gewinn aus seiner „Liebe EP“ an die „Off Road Kids Stiftung“ zu spenden.

Er selbst war in genau dieser Situation und musste ab seinem 15. Lebensjahr erfahren wie es sich anfühlt auf sich allein gestellt zu sein. „Die Themen dieser EP haben viel mit dem Selbstwert eines Menschen zu tun. Das ist genau das was bei diesen Kindern zerbricht.“ so David. 
Mit „Liebe“ präsentieren wir euch ein besonderes Werk, indem David diese Zeit verarbeitet und zudem sein Talent als Produzent, Gitarrist, Songwriter und Sänger vereint. Die starke 8-Track EP wird dabei durch Features und Remixe von Landhouse, Katabtu und Mangiac unterstützt. 
Taucht ein in Davids Welt, bestehend aus „Gib, Nimm, Liebe und Sit&Think“.

Voyager 2 is a space probe launched by NASA on August 20, 1977, to study the outer planets. Part of the Voyager program, it was launched 16 days before its twin, Voyager 1, on a trajectory that took longer to reach Jupiter and Saturn but enabled further encounters with Uranus and Neptune.

The route of Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 were different. Voyager's 2 route was called Voyager Interstellar Mission (VIM) since main objective was to extend the NASA exploration of the solar system beyond the neighborhood of the outer planets to the outer limits of the Sun's sphere of influence, and possibly beyond.

This extended mission is continuing to characterize the outer solar system environment and search for the heliopause boundary, the outer limits of the Sun's magnetic field and outward flow of the solar wind. Penetration of the heliopause boundary between the solar wind and the interstellar medium will allow measurements to be made of the interstellar fields, particles and waves unaffected by the solar wind.

The two Voyager spacecraft began the VIM operating in an environment controlled by the Sun's magnetic field with the plasma particles being dominated by those contained in the expanding supersonic solar wind. This is the characteristic environment of the termination shock phase. At some distance from the Sun, the supersonic solar wind is held back from further expansion by the interstellar wind, cold sun.

LOKD010 has arrived, this time by one of our very own label heads, and good friend, @avemsdream. 

Representing our hometown Basel over the last years, this time Boris is going all the way back to the 80’s. Having deep in his roots the disco days, mainly because of family business (his father in a concert in 1985 is our artwork for this EP), he has created his own new interpretation influenced by the golden era. 

Our new Disco Days EP is accompanied with remixes from our dear friends @yolanda-frei, and @buchneroberst. Which have been specially selected to bring their well known twist that has made them stand out in our scene for a long time. 

Even though it took some time, we are very happy to finally release his first EP in his very own home, @LOKDbasel.

The intensity only ever builds as different elements come in and out of the forefront keeping your sense busy whilst totally consuming you within the depths of the music.
Just when you think Aphrodit ve Myrrha can’t be taken to another level, Mon.Ton stamps his authority on the track by creating a booming breakdown with hypnotic yet haunting vocals before sending the track into chaos for a domineering and spine-tingling drop.

The single also come with a remix from none other than Mexican sensation Lorely Mur who is known for track such as ‘Frission’ and ‘The Route of Voyager 2’. Lorely’s mix is totally unique to the original and features a relentless groove as the tattering of percussive hi-hats drive the track. Lorely has kept the beautifully haunting vocals from the original as a key staple but has introduced a much grittier sound. Spacey and atmospheric with a classic techno beat. What more could you ask for?

Mon.Ton launched his sound earlier this year after testing the waters with his deeper and darker cuts of Techno. Now, he has stamped his signature on the Techno scene with hits such as his ‘Green Fairy’ EP that consisted of ‘The Dead Don’t Die’ and ‘Black Window’ which generated quite the reception across the board. With more releases on the horizon, it’s looking like the Mon.Ton sound it set to take over.
