Returning to Farringdon this coming Saturday night (2nd July) is an artist who we hold a prolific shared history with, Jay Haze. With a career that stretches back nearly two decades and has covered the running of multiple respected record labels (TurningSpork & Contexterrior), collaborating with Ricardo Villalobos and compiling fabric 47 he's got a lot of props to his name. He's also been a firm part of our booking agenda for the majority of the time we've been open. 

With his next date just a few days away, Haze has delivered a mix to bring in the weekend. Easing in with a meditative introduction be keeps the mix delicate and intricate, pulling from the minimal core of his collection...

This year's Gottwood could almost have been renamed Gottwood 2016 With Move D. The German artist played three times across the weekend and hosted a wine bar at Ruffy's Lab. This set, though, was the centrepiece, an almost four-hour session to close out Secretsundaze's takeover of The Curve. It had all of the ingredients we've come to know and love about David Moufang's sets: fun, infectious, a little bit ramshackle and always memorable. (Consider the occasional needle skips in this recording as part of the experience.)
