There are voices that soar, and voices that purr or growl. But very few singers are able to invite listeners into a world they never knew existed. Shelley Harland is endowed with a voice that shimmers behind an evanescent scrim, a voice that beckons you to explore a mystery.

Shelley Harland is an English born singer-songwriter and producer. Her musical talents were discovered while working part time as a Private Detective in New York City!  Sampling sounds on the subway she cut up some beats and created her first recordings. She was quickly signed by music giants BMG, Nettwerk & Sony. Shelley has collaborated with artists all over the world, recording her amazing voice on their albums as well as her own. She’s written and toured with greats such as Elvis Costello and John Cale (Velvet Underground). Her songs have appeared on film and TV shows worldwide, including her song ‘In The Dark’ which was in a worldwide Omega Watch campaign featuring Nicole Kidman.
