This is a live-recorded sound meditation tuned in note D, directly connected to the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana), the center of our emotional body, sensuality, fluidity, and inner movement.

Through Ambient Music and deep intentional resonance, this session is designed to help you:

Recorded live in my studio in Berlin with minimal editing, this session captures a raw, honest atmosphere — as it was felt in the moment.

Lorenzo Mena is an ambient, electronic music artist and sound healer.
Born in the Spanish capital, Madrid, he currently resides in Berlin.
Lorenzo spent a good chunk of his life studying the relationship between objects and sound.
He uses everyday objects as sound sources both in the studio and in live performances.
Lorenzo performs on stage with various live setups, thus differentiating his more electronic side from his ambient and sound healing side.
