Yetlanezi ("cosmic dawn" in Nahuatl) is a ceremonial sound offering: earth-rooted soundscapes, ambient percussion, and ancient sounds created for grounding, movement, and reflection.

These tracks are made for breathwork, body-based practice, meditation, and quiet remembering. Each composition is a portal — rhythmic and spacious — to return to the self, to land, and to spirit.

An atmospheric opening that evokes the vastness of sky and possibility. A ceremonial invitation to begin, to clear, and to arrive.

2. Macuixochitl – Five-petal Flower Flow	
Inspired by the symbolic five-flower, this rhythm invites gentle movement, creative flow, and reconnection with the body.

3. Toci Teteo – Grandmother's Offering	
A flute offering woven in honor of the grandmothers — carriers of memory and medicine.

4. Tlatoani – Shining Through	
A call to inner authority and clear direction. Structured, pulsing, and composed to support intentional motion and uplifting action.

5. Tezcatlipoca Rojo – Mirror Reflection Ritual	
Reflective tones shaped for melodical reckoning. A mirrored space for facing what must be seen, and allowing transformation to begin.

6. Constelaciones – Night Sky Visions	
A percussive, expansive soundscape to accompany planning, dreaming, or spiritual descent. Carried by the language of ancient instruments to move the spirit between vision and action.

7. Danzas de Flores – Dance Invocation	
A rhythmic movement piece celebrating earth-based practices and the memory held in the body. Rooted and ceremonial.

8. Estrellas – Moment of Presence	
A brief yet potent moment of multigenerational presence. A reminder of the power in stillness, digital dreams, and ancestral futures.

9. Moctezuma – Sovereign Memory	
A dignified composition carrying tones of reverence, lineage, and remembering the strength that lives beneath silence.

10. Yohualli – Evening Descent	
Descending tones for evening practice or inward return. Created to hold space for reflection, shadow work, and rest.

Welcome to Heart of Compassion: Meditations for Peace & Healing with Beth Shekinah Terrence.

This is a journey into the Heart of Compassion through a community Meditation for Peace and Healing. Join us for a time of heart-centered meditation.

Together, we will explore and connect more fully with the heart. Through a journey into stillness, openness and love. We will delve more deeply into our own innate intelligence - the wisdom of the heart.

The intention of these spaces is to provide support and community for those seeking to live a heart centered life; and to deepen their practice of cultivating receptivity and inner stability through meditation and healing practices especially in these challenging times.

Beth Shekinah Terrence, MS is a Shaman, Transformation Facilitator, Holistic Recovery Coach, Speaker & Writer. She has been working in the field of Holistic Healing and Wellness for twenty-nine years.  

Beth Shekinah offers an integrative holistic approach to life and well-being, which incorporates education, self-exploration and experiential practices.  Her mission is to support others in living a heart-centered, balanced and joyful life through discovering the healer within.  

Beth Shekinah's journey into healing began at age of eleven when she found a book on Foot Reflexology in her grandparent’s bookcase.  This random selection opened the door of her mind to the understanding that we are all energetic beings and have the ability to heal ourselves.  At fourteen, she began to practice yoga and meditation. This practice deepened her exploration into energy and spirituality.  It also supported her innate understanding of the oneness of all creation.​​  

She spent the next fifteen years on her own spiritual and healing journey before stepping forth as a practitioner in the field of Holistic Healing and Transformation in 1996.  Over the past decade, the shamanic path has become the foundation of her life and work.  At the core of this foundation is the acceptance that everything is alive and interconnected through the web of life.  For true change to occur, it must happen in both our inner and outer worlds.  

Beth Shekinah continues to pursue her own evolution as the catalyst for the work she brings forth to share with others.  She has trained extensively and holds Certifications in: Shamanic Healing, Bach Flower Remedies, Zero Balancing, Massage Therapy, Energy Healing/ Reiki, Herbalism, PEER™ Emotional Release Work​, Bodybreath Healing™, Alignment Technique and Recovery Coaching. In 2021, she obtained a Masters Degree in Restorative Practices. 

She is also a person in long term recovery from trauma, addiction and fibromyalgia as well as a family member, and ally. She is passionate about sharing her healing and recovery stories to inspire hope and help others discover holistic recovery pathways.
