Paul Fournier (WildRoot), is a Florida based Rock Soul singer songwriter and musician with hints of 90s grunge mixed with a little R&B influence. WildRoot was coined as the name for Paul's band formed on Anna Maria Island, FL in 2013, but soon became his stage alias when Paul started collaborating with different artists. WildRoot stands for diversity in culture and taste, and was also named so due to Paul Fournier's eclectic backgrounds in Rock, Soul, Jazz, HipHop, Reggae and Funk.  Paul, was born and raised in Bradenton, FL and started performing as a drummer in church and his local middle school's Jazz Band, then soon picked up the acoustic guitar and started writing his first songs when he was 12. His mother was a singer and played piano and acoustic guitar, showing him songs from Paul Simon, The Beatles, and classical, while his father, Bruce, would show him songs from his hometown influences of Detroit like, Motown and Classic Rock. His father is an Ex-pro baseball player and gave him the inspiration to follow his dreams. 
   Paul, did what most musicians do and continued writing music, attending open mics, and playing gigs while going to school for music at his local college. Soon after he was accepted into the Berklee College of Music out of Boston, MA but didn't attend due to taking a job offer to work as a promoter in NYC for BB King Blues Club and perform in local venues around NYC. A year later, Paul returned to FL to start the WildRoot journey. 	Paul Fournier (WildRoot), has now since toured the East Coast twice, performed in 13 different states including Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, and Maine, has an 8k+ following on Social Media, has performed over 1,000 shows, festivals and events as a solo act and/or full band combined over the last 7 years. Paul's goal and goal for his musicians, is to create beautiful music that connects with the masses and breaks down the barriers between genres and classes with a mixture of Rock and Soul as the bridge.
