As meager as it may be, this album is my gift to the world. It is meant to heal. My intention is that, coupled with the proper mental state, listening to this album can help you heal wounds and maladaptations, better enabling you to love and forgive yourselves and others. The world is facing dark times. The only way we can get through it is to heal the world by healing ourselves. This is our responsibility.

This is meant to be listened to in it's entirety and in order. It is paced in such a way as to lead you through a healing trip so make sure your mind is properly prepared before you begin. 

This music was not created for entertainment (but if it is entertaining, all the better!) The experience may be pleasant and it may be terrifying, take the journey at your own risk. To do the work, you have to travel deep and find the truth...sometimes the truth is comforting and some times it is awful. But I assure you, the truth will set you free.

This album is divided into 3 sections, The first dealing with what caused the problem...trauma, lies, pain, separateness. The evils that haunt our minds.

The second section deals with realizing how we are hurting ourselves and fighting against it. 

The third and final section is about integration. Taking the lessons and integrating them into our lives. This section continues even when the music ends...
