Big ups to Scott Allen and the Soul Deep crew for all they have accomplished in the last 10 years! Congratulations! 

Soul Deep has had a profound impact and inspiration on the scene and continues to push the music forward.  For myself Soul Deep was a huge inspiration for Drum & Bass and Scott Allen has always been a massive support. 

This mix encompasses some of my favorites over the last 10 years  of Soul Deep Releases (could never fit all of them into just 60minutes). Big ups to Scott Allen for the invitation to provide a mix for the event.

Well done on the 10 years, and looking forward to what Soul Deep accomplishes as a label moving forward.

The latest release on Transference showcases the outputs from the Future Engineers online Production Sessions. The sessions have evolved into two collectives operating remotely and in different timezones, each working to deliver brand new pieces of forward-thinking atmospheric drum & bass.

From the Western Hemisphere, Re:frame’s ‘Recall’ infuses deep ethereal pads and atmospheric soundscapes with an infectious, melodic bassline, driven forward progressively along with crystalline breaks and snarling mids.

Soul Intents third studio album draws on influences from labels such as Mo Wax and Ninja Tune during the mid 90s when Trip Hop was enjoying it's time in the limelight.

The result is a heartfelt 8 track exkursion into 170BPM music and features a welcome from Jazz vocalist @sula-mae who delivers yet another incredible vocal performance on "Fight For This".

The final track welcomes the amazing Pyxis to the label to offer her own remix of Sameness where she creates a perfect blend of chopped breaks and soulful vibes that was made for those long hot summer days.
