We are a cumbia rock band from Moreno Valley CA.

The Slums originated in February of 2017. Founding members Randy Hip & T0NES met in their final years at Rialto High School (Rialto, CA) and began their musical journey ever since.

In the early years, you could witness weekly-persistent performances at various backyard shindigs & boardshops, while also seizing special rarities like highschools & baby showers. 

Sharing the stage with countless talented artists at events such as music festivals, local taverns and class act concert venues, the band eventually made a well-respected name in IE/OC/LA's live music scene.

The Slums have had a handful of different musicians in their certified roster, generating well distinctive eras/sounds for each year that has passed. Through trials & tribulations, it has been realized that the soul of The Slums lies within the two hearts, not one without the other. Many have come and gone. Change came and went...

In 2023, the duo continue to keep their sound alive and make their mark in Southern California day-by-day, with their latest releases Interstellar L<3ve, Valentine Tunes, & Reasons 4 Seasons

MAT LIVINGS  is a solo endeavor fictional character  from (RIVERSIDE,CA)  with no specific genre but mostly compared to  punk, rock , pop etc combined with all sorts of different sounds. 
MAT LIVINGS works with a brand named (PROJECT LIVING) directly created by the same person that plays the roll of Mat livings.
