Synchronizing the legendary compositional palates of Israeli electronic music and the contemporary design philosophies of forward thinking producers, MantisMash has been churning out a steady stream of psybient blends for well over a decade. With 7 major releases dotting the long arc of the project, and a clear appetite for sonic exploration, there’s little ground that he hasn’t covered in his own interpretation. Continuing that same gradual expansion of the MantisMash catalog, the syncretic Blisstorted EP covers a wide territory of fusions and rhythms.

Grounded in the lucid repetition of psydub and its fraternal siblings, Blisstorted brings breaks, neuro, drum and bass, and glitch-hop into a fresh focus, pulling classic arrangement hallmarks from each respective pool. With heavy emphasis on melody-driven songwriting and crystal clear mixing fundamentals, each of the five tracks hit the center mark for taste, novelty, and a consistent dance-floor mentality. Juicy mid-range synthesis meets crisp soprano tones and sharp percussive cuts in a medley that feels both at home in the MantisMash musical rolodex and like newfound territory for the long-time stalwart Producer. Pushing past the contemporary, often one-track paradigm, Blisstorted spares no ground covered in its expedition across style and impact, and should be sitting squarely at the top of your next crate-digging adventure.

This is my take on Liquid Drum&Bass, it is still projected through the mantis prism like everything else but definitely inspired by liquid dnb. Drawing from years of sonic exploration and shaped by travels across the globe, 'Memory Trails' marks a pivotal moment in MantisMash’s musical evolution. Blending lush psydub atmospheres with nods to classic dub, breakbeat, and drum & bass, 'Memory Trails' offers a vivid and expansive experience firmly tuned to the modern dance floor. Surging basslines, shimmering textures, and finely-tuned rhythms flow seamlessly across the album's nine tracks, balancing technical precision with MantisMash's signature sense of play. From the organic warmth of "Echofluid" and saturated echoes of "Behind the Thunder," to the deep DnB grooves of "BeatJunx" and "Reflekt," the album pushes the boundaries of psychedelic bass music while remaining deeply connected to its roots.

Tumbling down the rabbit hole in my life I happened to step in a land with no time and located nowhere, where 'I' melts with 'It', and all separation dissolves into immediate experience of oneness. The adventure was so great and so humbling for the little human who I usually am that I had to bring something back to honor what I witnessed. So I started working on it. I drew, I wrote music, and I also wrote words. And our world seems to be comprehensible thanks to these words, but what I learned is that this is just a spell, cast upon our minds by grammar and definitions. Never again I shall be misled by the false sense of comfort of linguistic habits! I couldn't express my self without transcending such barriers! So I started learning new languages, verbal languages like French and Spanish, but this was also applicable to music and visual arts. And with work and practice I began developing my own language, so to make justice to the depths and richness of my own experience.
The following write up is a story set in that same spaceless and timeless place, a travel through dreamy realities and lucid dreams. I don't think it falls under any literary genre, I like to just call it "a composition of words", but basically you have to read it like a poetry without much metrics. 
I translated it in 4 languages, but don't be misled. What you'll find in it is not the language you know, but my original take on it in order to talk about that something which can't be named:
