Bari to warszawski DJ i promotor z którym mieliśmy przyjemność współpracować już parokrotnie. Choć obecnie za jego ksywką figuruje enigmatyczne [duchimrok], a wcześniej jeszcze kilka innych określeń, to Bari nie jest na stale związany z żadnym kolektywem, pozostając muzycznym outsiderem. Odzwierciedlają to też jego sety - ortodoksyjnie winylowe eklektyczne wycieczki w których Aphex Twin spotyka się z Kerridgem a zza rogu wyskakuje Lee Gamble pod rękę z Abdullą Rashimem. Zresztą sprawdźcie sami.

BARI is a Warsaw-based DJ and promoter with whom we have already collaborated few times, always with a great outcome. Although his moniker can recently be seen followed by enigmatic [duchimrok] he is not closely tied to any crew, staying a musical outsider. One can hear this in his vinyl-only, trippy DJ-sets in which Aphex Twin meets Samuel Kerridge, Lee Gamble and Abdulla Rashim. And they fuck like bunnies. Just take a listen:

"While exploring new production techniques using old and unlikely hardware, the results were so unusual that I really had the sense that these pieces of equipment didn't actually create these sounds, rather they were in fact some kind of elaborate reception device that allowed me to tune into transmissions from Distant Galaxies. The music I could hear was actually the received transmissions of Pop Hits from those Distant Galaxies that were being played on their radio stations.
I quickly recorded all that I could before losing the transmission.

I consulted with Dr Andrew Read, the astrophysicist with whom I recorded Guitar Treatments in 1999. He has worked on the discovery of the most distant galaxies and astronomical objects in the Universe. Together we came up with a possible list of where these musical transmissions may have come from."

Chris Thomas is a young, up and coming House, minimal, techno DJ/Producer, born and raised in South-East London.  He's the founder of underground music event Noise & Girls, an event which focuses on the music he loves supporting artists such as Cera Alba, Kalyde (who featured in our Debut Transmission Section), Markel, Jey Kurmis, Jamie Trench, Low Steppa, Christoph to name but a few.

Founded September 2013, Noise & Girls was the first in Canterbury to introduce the sound of the underground. No frills, no gimmicks; Noise & Girls is all about the music and the atmosphere it creates.  It above all was setup to bring quality DJs who provide authentic music to a group of like-minded underground music enthusiasts. Spotlight Mix : Chris Thomas

Today we have a pleasure to host Dtekk. 
Dtekk is a real one-man institution of the Polish electronic music scene: a DJ, a promoter and a cultural activist. He started mixing in 2000, and since 2001 he has been a DJ resident in the legendary, long-running  Metro club in Bialystok. 

His vinyl-only sets represent a wide cross-section of the best in techno music: from Chicago via Detroit to Berlin and London and beyond. He is also a fan of electro, disco and italo, has a large collection of records in these genres. Dtekk co-creates the collective Technosoul since its inception and is one of the fathers of its success: numerous events with key artists from around the world and the recent expansion of the collective activities as a record label. 

The most important achievement for Dtekk seems to be Up To Date Festival (www.uptodate.pl) - which he is the main head of, serving as the main producer, strategist, promoter and artistic director. The festival gathers a reasonable number of people each year and is the most important event of that kind in eastern Poland. As if that was not enough Dtekk stands for the multi-annual events, such as Ambient Park, Secret Location and Kitsch’n’Electricity which are key elements of the local scene in Bialystok. A very important aspect of Dtekk's work is a social activism in favor of music and (widely defined) culture – he works in Social and Cultural Emergency association and manages Transborder Cultural Center "Węglowa". He has also organized public workshops for DJs, where he spreads his love for vinyl among young people

Couple years of playing and collecting vinyl records has had a great impact on his mixing skills and his remarkable selection. He played at the legendary Tresor in Berlin, Instytut Festival, Audioriver and also in best clubs in Poland. Within the Mødule event series, he hosted parties with artist such as: Zadig, UVB, Henning Baer, P.e.a.r.l. or Setaoc Mass. Club savage with no fear of any dancefloor.

BIO:
Vinyl and it’s sound has always been the love of the Wroclaw artist Aksamit. In her compositions, you can find hypnotic sounds of ambient, deep techno and tribal.
A Wrocław DJ, a resident at Projekt Pralnia, a founder of Affekt and
Velvet Vortex, is definitely rising talent in the polish techno scene. Her love of vinyl led her to the Berlin club Tresor, in which she played during the iconic Klubnacht & All You Need Is Ears. Currently, she has performed in most Polish clubs and festivals - Wisłoujście, Revive, Instytut, LAS Festival, Kaskada Festival and Audioriver Festival. She has also performed outside of Poland - Germany, Spain, Andorra, Denmark, Ireland and the UK. She recently won the Polish Club Stage award in the Munoludy plebiscite in the Discovery of the Year 2018 category. 
During her short 3-year history with techno music, she had the honour of playing alongside such artists as Dasha Rush, Ellen Allien, Chris Liebing, Keith Carnal, Neel, Takaaki Itoh, Perc, Monoloc, Tadeo, Introversion, Luigi Tozzi, Claudio, PRC, Korridor or Refracted.

BIO:
Born and bred in Tricity - northern Poland, Natt has been producing and DJ-ing since 2009 being a strong representative of seaside drum and bass scene. In 2018 he cofouned DREN project (alongside with Akton) what resulted in moving him towards more experimental sound scapes. 
Natt is constantly searching and developing his style as a producer and being avid enthusiast of Black Metal you can clearly hear this influence being incorporated into his broken beat and heavy bass musical structures.

It is difficult to define his style because he is efficient at moving between many genres combining different forms.
