Before that, it was the material that suffused the realm of the Gods. So, to say that something is in the ether means that it is something being communicated from place to place; it has no precise location, just as a radio broadcast can be heard from many different places. Based in London UK, ArtDecade is a mastering studio ran by engineer Stefan Brown, focusing on electronic music genres, including but not limited to Techno, EDM, EBM, House, Industrial, Metal, Trap, Hip-Hop, and Noise.

 For over half-a-decade ArtDecade has collaborated with both renowned labels and emerging independent artists, resulting in an impressive portfolio of music that showcases the full sonic potential of each track, ensuring it reaches its most hard-hitting and polished form. 

Our primary focus is to provide a personal service that ensures every piece of music that passes through ArtDecade is guaranteed to be meticulously refined to achieve its maximum impact.

SUBVERTED is a queer and trans-led label and event series focusing on drone and noise infused dark industrial techno - from ambient, atmospheric and hypnotic techno to raw and relentless hard techno.

We curate queer sex-positive parties with equally queer line-ups, featuring mostly non-binary and trans DJs. Our aim is to platform artists with gender identities that are under-represented in the music industry, showing that it is possible to have more inclusive and diverse booking practices without a decrease in musical quality, but in fact with an increase by bringing new and previously unheard perspectives to the dance floor.

Discovering and nurturing new talent is at the very essence of SUBVERTED. We stand in resistance to the homogenisation and sanitisation to which the techno industry has been subjected in recent years via formulaic, easily-digested productions and repetitive line-ups, and intend to continue opening the industry's gates for a new generation of artists that are pushing their own unique and fresh take on dark industrial techno.
