Raxon is at the forefront of the melodic techno scene thanks to always well-designed sounds on Diynamic, Kompakt, Cocoon and more. As a DJ, too, he explores an interplanetary sound that has seen him on the billing at influential festivals and clubs worldwide, from DGTL to Resistance Ibiza at Privilege.

He opens this one with the superb 'Input Robot,' a jostling broken techno groove laced up with sleek cosmic chords. Alien life forms live between the beats, and the elastic bass keeps you moving as the track rolls on through a turbulent night sky.

Then comes 'Mantis,' a terrifically twitchy and astral track. Robot vocals are stitched into the mix with turbo-charged synths and a looping bassline over heavy drums. It's the sound of intergalactic warfare with a real sense of electronic funk and cinematic design.

The ‘Input Robot EP’ is another innovative techno exploration from Raxon.

'The Mustang‘ opens the EP with a massive rolling groove, topped by several layers of energetic synth stabs, building towards an epic break. Finally, Juliet Fox delivers a slamming remix, speeding the BPM up and streamlining the beat even more.'

Victor Fernandez es uno de los nombres que más expectación generan actualmente en el panorama techno español. El joven barcelonés de 25 años ya ha dejado de ser ese niño prometedor que debutaba en clubs como Moog, Razzmatazz o BeCool con tan solo 18 años. 

Se curtió a base de sets extendidos y compartiendo cartel en noches míticas junto a artistas de la talla de Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer, Chris Liebing, Jeff Mills y, un largo etcétera de nombres grabados a fuego en la historia del techno.

Su talento y su innegable conexión con el público le han llevado ya a los clubs y eventos más punteros de España: INPUT, Brunch, Nitsa, Fabrik o Family Club ya le han bailado. Actualmente, es una de las caras visibles del templo más icónico del techno en España: Florida 135. Sin embargo, nuestras fronteras no son su límite. Ya le hemos visto actuar en diversas ocasiones en Portugal, Italia e incluso en la mismísima meca de la electrónica: Berlín.

Thats what were talking about right here. Young Italian talent Luca Maniaci makes his debut on Ovum and hespulled out every stop possible with four emotional pieces of techno that will go down a treat in Ibiza or festivals this summer.

Orchidea takes the lead with perfectly resonant chime arpeggio that falls either side of the widescreen kicks asstrings sweep gently behind, rising and rising with a strong sense of poignancy and theatre comparable to The Sky Was Pink. One for the peaks, the finales and the game-changers It comes complete with a sparkling beatless Sunrise mix for these extra extra special moments.

Deeper into document we drive to find more sparkling, evocative techno theatre from Maniaci Memento takes a much more gradual ascension to the clouds with its classic Twilo twinkles and progressive build but when it does hit those highs youll feel your whole body reduce to one massive goosebump. Finally Memoria is the deeper, brooding track of the collection with its mild acid fluctuations, subtle strings and driving heads downgroove.

Hands up, close your eyes Lucas just dropped something super special here. We suspect well see him on Ovum again very very soon.
